Sales Specialist At Green Reporting Sp. z o. o., she is a key person responsible for the company's sales development. Her primary responsibilities include selling sustainability reporting services within Global Trade, developing and identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting the company's strategic development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Acquiring new customers – actively searching for potential customers, identifying new sales opportunities, establishing contacts and building relationships with companies that can benefit from Reporting Assistant services and CBAM consulting.
- Achieving sales goals – achieving specific sales goals and KPIs through effective offer presentation, conducting negotiations and closing sales transactions.
- Growing your customer base – systematically expanding the customer base through networking, participation in industry events, conferences and building relationships with potential business partners.
- Cross-selling and upselling – proposing additional services or expanding existing solutions for existing clients, such as additional Reporting Assistant modules or CBAM consultations.
- Market and competition analysis – monitoring market trends, competitor activities and changes in CBAM regulations in order to adapt sales strategies and find competitive advantages.
- Offer presentation – preparing sales presentations, conducting sales meetings.
- Creating commercial offers and price calculations – preparing personalized offers for customers, adjusting prices and service packages to ensure competitiveness and meet customer expectations.
- Building the Green Reporting brand on the market – active promotion of the company and its services, participation in industry events, cooperation with the marketing team to strengthen brand recognition and its position as a leader in CBAM reporting.
- Monitoring and analysis of sales results – regularly analyzing sales results, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate actions aimed at increasing sales and the effectiveness of sales activities.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in a related industry.
- Education: Higher, preferred fields of study are economics, management, marketing or related fields.
- Negotiation skills: Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Market knowledge: Good knowledge of the market and industry trends related to environmental reporting and sustainable development.
- Innovation: Ability to think strategically and propose innovative solutions.
- Goal orientation: Strong goal orientation and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
